All perfectly clean, great location and staff. Knowledgeable staff at all times.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, I loved it. The venue had a central setting near to metro station with link to airport.

Such a fantastic stay at downtown hotel. The venue was always fairly clean, had pleasant staff and location.

Functional and reasonably clean place, everything was really good. The personnel was affable offered me a well-equipped room with wonderful views and an amazing shower plus coffee machine.

The room was elegant, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the service was great! This hotel was located in a very central area. Besides, the area was pretty nice, next to Elevator. The staff were fairly friendly and outstanding too. Fresh bacon and eggs.

It was a very nice stay in a super stylish hotel in the centre of Lisbon, recommend this place. The room was spotless, with castle views. They offered extra water too. The specialties were excellent and served in the good restaurant.

The breakfast was abundant, the location was ideal in the center of the Old City, the staff was terrific. Clean and nicely designed hotel in Baixa / Chiado district.

There were a bit lumpy beds.

Newly furnished and elegant rooms, quiet atmosphere. I appreciated the room, the bed was spacious. Hotel was in the very central location. Also, convento carmo was max 5 minutes walk to.

Luxurious experience and great value. Decent personnel and gorgeous location. There were main shopping street and a shopping street around the hotel. The beach nearby was stunning and the view was special. The room was cheap and absolutely brilliant, the bed was very spacious. Very good check-in, late check-out.

The property overall was fairly clean and stylish, had superb staff and location. The room I booked was cleaned every day and available with a balcony, an electric heater, wonderful views. Took advantage of wake up calls and ironing, they were free of charge. The venue was very close to Lisbon downtown. Moreover, the area was local.

We had a magnificent 2 nights stay. Incredible beds, poolside bar was modern. Furthermore, the area was fantastic. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including scrambled eggs, cereal and bacon.

Everything here was very good, and the weather was beautiful, enjoyed it. The staff were happy to help, I was taken care of;))

Staying at the hotel was VERY DELIGHTFUL, I would stay here again. Outstanding service, perfect room, extra comfy bed. Top location just a short stroll away from a public square. Visited few places in the center, just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Impeccably clean hotel, I loved second to none views and location. Fantastic hospitality from the bfast staff. Rooftop bar was small. The property was set in a good area.

I loved spectacular location and very polite staff. Room was so beautiful and amazing. The staff did all they can for a really enjoyable stay. Generally service was personalized too. In addition, free wifi was available there. There were a couple of small restaurants.
